Sheffield is a burner but struggling at the moment and is not a lock to be drafted. He is now at Ohio State. The USC CB has started all 3 years and had a knee injury last season. Finished #1 overall in the 247sports composite rankings, but went umdrafted last night. https://247sports.com/Player/Trenton-Thompson-29432 Was a solid player last year, but he was really just coming into his own... He needed 1 more year, but he got a 5th-6th round grade and figured that was good enough I guess. His off-field issues & focus have come into question often... But he was on the verge of turning it around. He'll sign somewhere and may turn into a rotation guy... If he can focus himself, maybe even start.
