This is 2016. Hillary Clinton won 9 counties. This is 2020. Biden won 12 counties. All of the ones Clinton won, plus 3 more *urban/suburban* counties. Trump had won Pinellas, Seminole and Duval previously. Trump's margin in Florida was ~371,000 votes. 205,000 of that was just the Banana Republic portions of Dade County.
