If LSU can win the rest of the their games this year including the SEC champ game the Tiger will be in the college football playoffs. That's a BIG HUGE if.....that said, the SEC West is far from decided.

The last 2 weeks have guaranteed usc missing the playoffs unless there about 5 more upsets. michigan and ohio state will get in whichever one losses to the other will get the 4 spot. Uga will get a spot and the rest will be fighting for that final spot. Don't count out Penn State. But I don't think the Big 10 gets two teams. I think OU will lose at least one game, perhaps even a rematch against UT. If you have an undefeated UGA, an undefeated Big 10 winner (OSU, PSU, UM), an undefeated Pac 12 winner (OU, Wash., or USC),and an undefeated FSU or UNC (that's a BIG IF and I'm and FSU fan), that is your playoff. 1 Seed- UGA 2 Seed-Big 10 3 Seed ACC or Pac 12 4 Seed- ACC or Pac 12 Of course this is pure conjecture. Too much ball left to play.

LSU, other than UGA, is the only team in the SEC that can hand Alabama a loss. Jus saying. They are a good team. Teams can't go 12-0 every year.

College Football can get pretty goofy sometimes. ....... the fan in me loves to talk shit though. What's the point of being a fan if you don't?. If we can beat Gump and possibly get a good bowl game I won't be crying much.
badrouter
Pardon me for not reading all the lame, petty insults. I'm just here to say that 'soft' is now the default for players and teams, at least relative to 10+ years ago. A team that plays with the grit, intensity and attention to detail is the outlier. Such teams are able to handle teams with more raw talent. And, when they have as much or more talent as their opponents, and also have the above qualities on par with teams from decades past, we call them "Georgia" or "Alabama".
