Arizona just doesn't recruit with the big boys. That doesn't mean Arizona can't have a scrappy Team every now and again. Their schedule is tremendously soft this year as well. They’ve developed their guys exceptionally well and Jedd Fisch and staff land football players, not 5-star recruits. Their defensive captain and best player had one Power 5 offer - Arizona. And he just led the Pac 12 in tackles as a true soph. Their QB who was national freshman of the year had two P5 offers - Arizona and Cal. And he’s now top ten on the Heisman watch list for 2024 heading into his sophomore year. They had three offensive linemen earn All-American honors… they were all three stars. Their top WR was a two-star recruit with zero FBS offers, and he’s likely going to be a second round pick this year. There may not be a better way to build a football team than to raise God-like amounts of money to pay the top athletes in the world to stack your rosters with 5-star talent you can rotate in like an F1 pit crew and wear down thinner, overmatched teams with the all mighty dollar… but it’s not the only way. HurricaneNick
Huge hire. Won a Super Bowl with the rams while coaching Aaron Donald. Rumors of a big time DL flip have commenced. & he’s from Louisiana so he’s without a doubt the greatest coach to ever live and could do no wrong! 1

He prepped at Edna Karr and played college football at Georgia Tech. Pretty good player. You can't go wrong with anything from Louisiana when it comes to football really.
