But too often coaches get too much credit for team success and too much blame when they lose. More often than not it is the players than win or lose. To use a basketball analogy, people say Phil Jackson is a great coach and he may be.... but he had Jordan, Pippen, Shaq, Kobe, etc. How successful has his heralded 'triangle' offense been with the Knicks?
