LT needs to work on there young DBs and LBs, just to many runs up the middle for TDs that really never happens. The LT O missed some scoring Ops with wide open passes being long, they should have it dialed in by the WL game.

I think #2 behind Judson.... and then Westlake, Steele....by playoffs the LT O should be rolling which we will need to offset our D this year. I see a rematch with Judson, and it could go either way. If they can manage to, dare I say, beat Judson, they'll win state again. Because if they do, that means the defense has their stuff together. The offense and special teams are already top notch. Grainraiser
If (a big if) LT gets past Judson they will likely have then play Katy. I can't see them making the championship game with that defense and no running game. They have a very good passing game but I don't think that will be enough. GlenC7
Katy with a walk off FG to win. Players not in prime shape yet and just a bit out of sync, but all things considered it was a really good game. Thought it might be a really sloppy game but that wasn't the case. Glad to see the GHA schools back in action, I'm sure katy and woodz will work on a few things and improve.

Grainraiser
Jesuit had more passing and rushing yards than LT. The Cavs did win by a comfortable margin so they did what they needed to do. They played a stiff pre-district schedule and the only difficult game they have left is with Smithson Valley. Their defense will get better because they will play lesser teams. This year they will experience the same thing Katy experienced last year. Having a special class composed of 2 and 3 years starters makes it hard on the next group. Judson is gonna fall back some next year for the same reason. Lake Travis amassed 482 yards of its own offense despite snapping the ball just 41 times. Jesuit ran 90 offensive plays in the game.

Facing Judson and Katy in the playoffs is a whole different ball game. They will not beat Judson in a shoot out.

Lamarfan
Coppell is usually well-rounded and balanced at all phases of the game. Remember a few years ago when they played ECA MD. It was a total blowout like 42 to 7. And I know you will say ECA was a little banged up from playing Trinity and DeSoto back to back but still Coppell is usually good and coached up and a big team. And on Dallas Jesuit the only private school to be able to compete with our Publics. They must be on the rise big time and looking to recruit better. It's either that or they think they're getting over the hump. They scheduled both of our 6A state champs DeSoto and LT back to back. And they put up a pretty good fight against both teams
