It appears that he has had access to some IPs. Either by having someone here who had access to them share those IPs and who they belong to with him, or by having some type of access to the IP tool here himself. That is almost certainly illegal activity. The main one I was initally concerned about was Los, but, apparently they also have Max's also. Becomes kind of concerning when you start wondering who may have shared that information. As far as I know only 3 or 4 people have had legal access to the IP tool on here to be able to make a connection between lurkers there and screennames here. The point is, they have IP info matched with members here, that, haven't even joined over there for them to know who they are. It's peer to peer sharing of IPs somehow. Pretty sure I'm going to have to ease down to the authorities and have them bring in the marahals service so I can figure out who is doing it.
