I know, it’s pretty wild to see the CA rankings as of late! Loyola Top 10 on CalPreps? Who knew...

Loyola is 8-2 since November 2019 and returns 8 starters on offense and 7 on defense (and both specialists).

I heard they are determining playoff divisions after the regular season.

Looking forward to seeing that develop in 2021...

Loyola in the top 10 is silly. Mission viejo and Centennial are just two examples of teams that would beat the baby bears by 40+ and they are not included in the top 10. Maybe you can get a D4/D3 championship if you can put together some wins. I know that’ll be a big deal for the loyola faithful.

Is that picture of T.O. your screensaver? Seems like you definitely love that picture 😂

Why are we talking about Loyola on National site? They aren’t even D1 anymore…might as well talk about all the lover level programs like La Habra and Servite.

Bro Terrell Owens wore a loyola hoodie one night. They also beat St. bernards freshman QB by 4 points. That makes them nationally relevant!!

Fixated on the 90s, huh?  How many CIF titles did Little Blue have in the 90s?  We had 5.

Dude, it’s literally the complete opposite. I continue to post about the time Loyola actually competed against Mater Dei in the Serra League (2002-2005). AND the 2 CIF Championships and 2 League Championships. AND the fact that the last time Loyola and Mater Dei played (not in the 90s) Loyola won 14-0. It’s simple.

You, however, posted a 1999 season record of Mater Dei as Co-Champions. That’s on you.

Swing and a miss. Terrell Owens has family at Loyola since 2018. Not to mention, Drew Casani was an NFL Draft Scout for the 49ers. TO and Coach Casani go way back.

Plus, you and I both know this is not the first NFL Star to send their family to Loyola, and it won't be the last.

I mean it is Loyola, after all. Even their Offensive Coordinator (Matthew Hatchette) had a lengthy NFL career.

Nationally relevant, eh. Based on the MaxPreps Rankings,  Loyola is in the 200s nationally (for their Dynasty) and the most recent rankings had Loyola ranked in the Top 10 (#9) in California. That's not my rankings. It is the same outlet that you guys use to crown “National Champions” these days.

And, it is only up from here. Get your popcorn ready! The Future is bright!

I would 100% consider sending my kids to Loyola if they didn’t have enough talent to play at MD or in the Trinity league.

What rankings did you use in 1975?  We were awarded another National championship this year by multiple publications but we won’t hang a banner or claim it because it wasn’t a full season. I don’t blame you for claiming your spring season ranking though. The servite guys did the same. I know it’s been really tough for both your fan bases recently. Got to take what you can get! May never be ranked that high again!

I completely agree that your future is very bright in Division 4 and possibly even in Division 3! Go baby bears!

Yeah. Hold on to that L for me.

You’re squirming around to pull your foot out of your mouth on the TO lie you posted and now you want to try and bring up a Loyola National Championship (USA Today/US Newswire) as an insult?

Typical Mater Dei Slappy. One MD dufus says “you’re stuck in the 90s” while also simultaneously posting scores from the 90s? And you go back to 1975 for a drive by pop response? Laughable. Hopefully you’re not a lawyer with that response.

And, to think this all started because I posted Bryce Young stats from his worst career game (which happened to be against Loyola) and you got butthurt. Awesome!

Nevertheless...According to CIF, division placement for CIF playoffs  will be determined after the conclusion of the season. Who knows, maybe Loyola will get the opportunity to face off against one of the So Cal All Star teams come November.

Loyola is a good program that used to be great…MD has 5 MNC in 25 years…

Loyola needs to win a D3 title before they are worth being up or beat a low level D1 team like Servite

till the no need to discuss that team cause this board isn’t local it’s National

You’re talking about games 15+ years ago? MD is always looking for preseason games…Maybe they can meeting up in the D1 playoffs…oh wait…

The best part about you saying “Loyola shouldn’t be mentioned on a National Board” is you came out of nowhere posting your junior and senior MD scores from 1999 and 2000, saying “I beat Loyola twice”, like you’re freaking Matt Leinart. Get outta here with garbage.

If that said loyola ol’ baby bear wouldn’t be able to contain himself. Been a long time since they were worth a shit. Thank the good Lord our standards are much higher. Not a good look for us going back and forth with that gal. They’re worse than servite! That’s really saying something. Maybe they can do some damage in the D4 playoffs. They’re loading up on transfers. To quote the great Sondy “The losses were mounting.” Big time joke on Venice. Anyway, let’s talk relevant programs and direct him to the local board where he can brag about winning 15 games since 2017.

& I don’t blame the kid for commuting 90 minutes to school everyday. If you weren’t going to win the job at MV you probably weren’t going to win it at any TL school in close proximity. Good choice to go to a weak program like loyola where you can start right away! #15winsin4years #1975!!

You're right, it is not a good look for you  and  your sidekick, Eddy, to go back and forth with me on these topics. Because you both clearly do not have any solid responses. Just deflect the facts that I post and change the subject to something completely different.  Now, you are bringing up two transfers (8 years a part from each other)? You're definitely not a lawyer.

I think Sondy is the only one who mentions Loyola "never takes transfers". Please find where I said anything remotely similar. That should be a fun excursion for you.

Loyola has always accepted transfers. Hey, slappy, do you remember me even posting Sondy missed a transfer from Oregon to Loyola in the spring? Man you are not the sharpest tool in the shed. But, after all, you went to Mater Dei.

It is hilarious that a Mater Dei guy wants to analyze a couple transfers to one school over a long period of time versus his school that literally relies on dozens of transfers every year. No QB coming in the pipeline? Hit the transfer market and go shopping. No RB we can depend on? Hit the transfer market and go shopping. Etc. Etc.

Dude is now using hashtags on a message board. This is hilarious. You're so rattled.
