They should be a 2A school but they play 4A and will probably go 5A next realignment. They've always done this for whatever reason. They have never played in their proper class... Benedictine does the same thing. But if you're not into sending your kids to a private school. Send em to Buford. His first year they played: Milton-W Archer-W Newton-W Second Archer-W Newton-W North Cobb-L This year: North Cobb is the only 7A school they play. Coach Appling from what I've heard is also an advocate for resurrecting the old North Gwinnett-Buford rivalry. Buford leads 22-5 all time last meeting was in 94. Buford won 28-0. But scheduling has been hard on both teams. But next year I wouldn't be surprised if they scheduled each other. As this year is the end of any 2/3 year contracts. Tbh outside of Grayson Buford is the scariest team in Gwinnett... If Grayson adopted the Buford model of Open enrollment...
