No it isn't.......you went back 15 years, I went back 20.

And, irrelevant as the Miami Northwestern win was it was 100 times better than Pace beating State #48 St John Bosco.

MNW snapped Carroll’s 49 game winning streak, one shy of the Texas record in front of the largest regular season crowd in Texas state history.

The teams were National number 1 and 2. Those are the preseason rankings you like to cite.

If a Louisiana team been involved you would still be jerking off to the replays.

The issue is Louisiana is the laughingstock of the HSFB world with multiple state champs getting tarred and feathered over the years, Red Flag has to lash out and try and belittle other players and teams accomplishments.

He’s the nerd in school who calls all the girls sluts because they won’t give him the time of day, but secretly cries at home wishing one of them would just get to know him and find out he can treat them better than the cool kids 😂😂😂

It also doesn't have the first damn thing to do with show-stopping wins vs Texas...BUT, when nolescum813 enters a thread he's like a little boy throwing rocks at cans hoping he hits JUST ONE!

Its debatable I think. It was a good win. Probably not as big as Florida thinks is only because SLC lost so early in the playoffs

That SLC/MNW game had some major hype and build-up...no doubt about it. ...large venue and crowd. It was on ESPNU and everything else. MNW would win a share of the MNC that year (ESPN)......had SLC not shit the bed so early and won State it would no doubt have been a real show-stopper....it had everything else.

The Lufkin/Evangel game in 2001 had a little hype, not crazy hype... it wasn't on ESPN or anything like that, but both teams came through and won state championships and would be #1 in their respective states.

Lufkin was Preseason #4 and Evangel was #20 Preseason. Both teams ended up Top 5 nationally in some polls. Rivals who did polls at the time had Evangel #2 and Lufkin #4. Both teams handled their business.

That wasn't his point.

His point was that you constantly cry about such things.

I don't care what his point was..........if ever a topic comes up about beating a Top 50 CA team let him loose!....keep him on a leash until then. Thanks.

They didn't shit the bed.

Their best player got hurt when they were up, 14-3.

According to your logic their best player sucked.

Riley Dodge did nothing at North Texas, transferred to FCS McNeese State, La and did more of nothing.

SLC's defense let them down...

Yeah Evangel was loaded then. It was a good game. 19-17 late 4th Lufkin driving and Evangel gets a sack fumble just outside the redzone. The game was played right after 9/11. West Monroe had some good teams too. I remember they took Cedrick Benson and Midland Lee to the Woodshed in 2000.

Miramar was 8-4 and lost in the second round of the playoffs yet they went to Texas and had a two-point-conversion to win the game against 5A state semifinalist DeSoto.

DeSoto #13 in Texas

Longview #14 in Texas

Miramar #40 in Florida

Why would I say Miramar blows in this example?

Thank you. Miramar is a top-notch program. That's why. #EndQuote. Don't judge because of 1 OOS loss. They won as much as the next top program in the state of FL. Also show me where Louisiana has done more than Florida in regards to HSFB power states...

Miramar blows.......like a lot of schools nationally they had a run on some talent a few years. The way kids float around South Florida now it's pretty clear they ARE NOT floating to Miramar.

2020: 3-2 National #1349

2019: 3-7 National National #735

2018: 6-5 National #748

2017: 9-2 National #341

2016: 8-3 National #826

2015: 5-6 National #556

PS: I only use "blow/s" because Finch taught me to.

So a couple of down years, and you say they blow according to your logic and those BS National rankings ?. Don't buy it. Keep saying LA rules over FL. I'll take Miramar & Broward County over whatever county has kids floating over NOLA.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.......your excuses are about as good as everyone else's.

Because Longview lost 5 games to Texas "fluffers"...teams you have shit on for 2 weeks now.

  Longview (TX)   team preview Texas 5A Region II District 11 5A 10-5 4-1 (t 1st) 9-4 64.1 49 119-67
WINS: #48 DeSoto (TX) (38-35), #72 Horn [Dr. John] (Mesquite, TX) (28-14), #72 Horn [Dr. John] (Mesquite, TX) (13-8), #131 Abilene (TX) (32-31), #261 Tomball (TX) (24-0), #395 South Garland (Garland, TX) (27-14), #740 Lee [Robert E.] (Tyler, TX) (28-17), #864 Marshall (TX) (31-9), #1334 Belton (TX) (52-20), #2552 Mesquite (TX) (35-21), LOSSES: #17 Guyer [John H.] (Denton, TX) (28-27), #37 Allen (TX) (24-20), #112 Tyler [John] (Tyler, TX) (28-14), #247 Lufkin (TX) (28-21), #802 North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX) (24-14)

Yet Miramar gave (15-0) State Champ STA one of their closest game of the year losing 23-7....looks to me like STA beat up on a lot of "fluffers" in 2010.

Aquinas [St. Thomas] (Fort Lauderdale, FL)   team preview Florida 5A District 16 5A 15-0 3-0 (1st) 9-0 73 35.3 115-66
WINS: #151 Plant [Henry B.] (Tampa, FL) (29-7), #158 Manatee (Bradenton, FL) (31-7), #312 Cypress Bay (Weston, FL) (60-14), #407 Skyline (Dallas, TX) (31-3), #552 Anderson [Boyd] (Lauderdale Lakes, FL) (52-13), #552 Anderson [Boyd] (Lauderdale Lakes, FL) (47-6), #626 Miramar (FL) (23-7), #1132 Camden County (Kingsland, GA) (42-28), #1221 Cardinal Gibbons (Fort Lauderdale, FL) (28-6), #1858 South Broward (Hollywood, FL) (56-0), #1926 Cooper City (FL) (49-7), #3233 Coconut Creek (FL) (59-0), #3925 Deerfield Beach (FL) (56-6), #4206 Nova (Davie, FL) (45-0), #9079 McArthur (Hollywood, FL) (56-0), LOSSES: none
