When I hear open enrollment, all i picture is Open Season

If they wanna transfer in they can...

But you're the only one screaming recruiting...

To my knowledge there's only 3 maybe 4 open enrollment schools in Georgia...

Buford and Marietta are for a fact but under different rules.

I've heard Carrollton and Cartersville are too but that's from word of mouth so Idk if that's true or not.

I’m not crying about recruiting, it’s the posters from Georgia and Texas that are claiming their all Home grown and that other states can’t compete with them without recruiting, and then my rebuttal is Everyone recruits , even tho they don’t realize,

shit ur school holding a football camp for youth and your coaches and varsity players talking to 8th graders  building a relationship

shit that’s a form of recruiting

The funny part about Georgia is that even schools that aren't "open enrollment" will accept out of district kids. If I am not mistaken, Valdosta is considered open enrollment as well.

Being an open enrollment school doesn't change the rules required for athletes to transfer. They still have to enroll beginning the 9th grade or meet the requirements.
