You have to cite preseason guesses because you know that they sucked during the actual season in question.

Despite sucking they were by consensus the best team that Curtis played that year.

That's pathetic.

It’s funny that when John Curtis actually scheduled an out-of-state team with the pulse, they got whooped by double

28-12 to Trinity TX

27-13 to STA FL

Both times John Curtis cruised to a Louisiana State Championship. That’s what happens when little John Curtis tries and challenges his team. He gets beat the fuck down! He’s out of his element playing OOS big dogs.

It's a dodge.

Preseason rankings are meaningless the moment the toe meets leather.

No different than Dallas comic book Jackson put Plant as the preseason number one team.

when reality kicked in it was obvious that these were foolish choices.

there is actually no benefit to creating a preseason ranking. most likely you are choosing common sense teams who are always good. but if these teams don’t live up to the hype you look like a dumb ass.

Zachary was a consensus top 10ish team in Louisiana in 2019. (#9 by calpreps, #11 by Massey).

That was beaten by State #20 East Ascension, La before they ever played Deerfield Beach.......East Ascension rolled up over 500 total yards vs Zachary in the process.

Lets throw fuckin' Deerfield Beach a parade though!!...

Now you're just repeating stuff.

I love it.

When accused of propping up wins for Louisiana teams and diminishing wins for non-Louisiana teams, RedZone manages to defend himself by doing exactly what we accused him of.

A 53-0, running clock, shellacking is brushed aside but a 40-31 shootout win by a mediocre Louisiana team is celebrated.

😄

Nobody is saying that Zachary was good. We know they weren't.

Nobody is saying that Deerfield Beach was great because they beat them. We know they weren't.

We're saying that Zachary is one of the best programs in Louisiana's largest classification and they hardly ever lose by double digits.

And Deerfield Beach beat them like they beat Spanish River or Ely.

2A and 3A State Championships.

Curtis has won only 1 5A State Championship....

The rest of your gibberish is not even worth touching. I've seen 7th graders make more valid points on a topic.

I feel like a total loser making this post. That's how tremendously ignorant you are.

You can say whatever you want as often as you want.........doesn't make it true.

So Red Zone is admitting that when you make the top 10 in Louisiana you are quote, “Not very good”

Zachary finished top 10 the year Deer Jerkey beat them 53-0.

That fact can not change. Facts don’t change based on the person’s emotional response to them. Red Zone has to walk around with this torment for all eternity

Again, we know that Zachary is not good.

Understood.

We're talking about their standing in Louisiana and the magnitude of the beatdown that Deerfield Beach gave them.

Pointing out other losses, or standard 10-point and 19-point losses, isn't relevant to our point.

I also love the insinuation that they were not very good "at the time" as if they got better as the season went on or that they were appreciably worse than they were in 2017-18.

No.

That's who Zachary is.

Not even a contender in a big state's largest classification.
