The 300 lb Bench Press was always the gold standard when I played even for the big dudes.......maybe it's not a big deal anymore, I don't know.

I do know Catholic is known for producing great RBs, some call it RB High.......this years RB Corey Singleton is a strong dude......5-11 205 lbs

A little underrated at this point in my opinion. Has offers from Army, Navy, Air Force and FCS McNeese St so far......he's not a blazer though 4.5-4.6 forty guy. But you better get out of his way when he comes at you. Last years RB at Catholic George Hart III is off to Arizona St so this year Singleton will carry the load...his year.

Anyways.....

@ChimpGrip how impressive is this for a freshman???

@sausmann9 @Mickeybern freshman wrestler as well

Very impressive! I believe this is an equipped lift but outstanding nonetheless! Judging by the plates’ colors, it appears to be Gene Rychlak’s powerlifting federation. Rychlak Power Systems? Gene was the first man to bench 1,000 pounds.

CBR at GC on 9/3

It very well may be time for a roadtrip to GC to finish out the month of August!

(what does GC stand for; Garden City, Goose Creek, Grand Canyon, Greater Chicago, Golden Coral, Gwinnett County, Gary Coleman's, Green Woods ???...) tx
