I guess this isn't news worthy to all the liberal news stations out there! This was started under Obama admin also. Imagine if this was someone else's wife on the Republicans side....

It would be improp...

Improper to comment on by the media at this time...

Besides... We are apparently all ok with the president's company making money off of foreign sources while in office, and using his influence to get free advertisement for his properties and we won't even mention his daughter or Kellyanne etc...

Please!

If we become rich, although this is the only system we have to work with and it's the name of the game, we will give it away by the truckloads. Even more than the Gates Foundation.

A couple of things....

There is a reason none of the regular news outlets jumped on this story.  I mean...not even Fox.

And if you think Bernie and Jane are wealthy...somebody needs to relook their definition of wealthy.  Forbes did an analysis of all the candidates who ran for President in 2016.  Bernie and Jane were 2nd from the bottom in net worth.  The only candidate who was in worse shape was...Rubio.

BERNIE FOR DESPOT !!!!!

Aren't we all trying to get wealthy? Not a bad goal in my book.

LOL...if what you say is true...then a couple of points...

1.  They sure started late in life

and

2.  They aren't doing a real good job

You boys worry WAY too much about Bernie.  The Independent country of Vermont...along with Lime Sink...and the city of Burlington...will handle all this nonsense.  Now you fellers just get back to fighting over what Trumpy The Clown has done/said/tweeted lately.

One thing not mentioned in this thread, is that even if fraud was committed by Jane, it was not for her direct personal gain. Rather, her actions seemed to have been driven by an attempt to keep the small private college she was President at afloat. Now in a sense this would be to her gain as she would get to keep her job. However, it is not as if she did something to directly put money into her own pocket at the expense of either the bank or college.

Like them or not, agree with them or not on their politics, I have seen nothing that leads me to believe that either Bernie or his wife are particularly corrupt individuals.

Neat as the FBI investigating the president and then he and his lawyers lawyered up. Or nah?

xD

Even if you are not guilty of anything, if the Feds are investigating you, you should lawyer up. Remember, in the court today, you are guilty until proven innocent. It seems the burden of proving innocence lies on the accused instead of the accuser proving you are guilty.

That is certainly true of the mainstream press if you are not clearly identifiable as of a certain political persuasion.

This is certainly true.

Again, a place where we are pretty hypocritical as a society as well. There is a system in place that the police and prosecutors have had over 2 centuries to perfect framing out their cases. Media gets used in this as a tool, because over time, the police have learned how to best utilize them by giving only the information they want them to have. This taints the jury pools to the point where innocence is never assumed anymore.

People lazily think that if the cops arrested someone for something, they probably did it. After all, cops are professional and highly trained. They don't often make mistakes, or violate innocent people's rights.
