Yep. That's what Theresa May thought over in the UK too. She thought so, so completely that she called a snap election, just sure that she would gain more seats. Yeah. Not so much.

Hell, look at the house seat in Atlanta right now. The right has burned through 21 million dollars to the left's 19 and still trail in the polls there.

Sounds like the same shit you were saying before Trump was elected.

Now it is Atlanta first the dems held their hats on SC that didn't work, then MT that didn't work. Maybe finally you can claim victory in Atlanta...maybe.

It's really weird man. Right-wingers went after Obama with unsubstantiated shit for 8 damn years. Trump's been in office for 144 days, and the right-wingers are triggered like a mo-fo if anyone says anything about the guy.

I mean taking the leap that because someone wants to know what the hell is going on etc., they want the guy to fail.

Its surreal.  That it is becoming normal behavior is soooo wrong and only spells trouble for everyone.

What are people around your part of the country saying?  Here in Washington we are for the most part (at least in western Wa) are sick of Trumps shit.  I see an occassional bumper sticker but that's all the support for him I see.

People are quiet about it really. During the run up to the election everyone was about to come to blows over it, but now, other than the stickers on cars, not much talk.

I toss some ribbing at people that I know  can take it, that I know supported Trump though.

In general those folks kinda just shake their heads and take it in stride. Of course we all rib each other a lot on stuff like that though. Generally speaking things aren't as scary as they once were here. My county was one of the reddest in the state btw.

The right has spent 21 million on 10 different candidates, whereas Ossoff has been the beneficiary of pretty much the entire 19 million.

That, and the race is essentially tied...pretty impressive IMO considering what a terrible candidate Handel has been.

Trump could freaking bomb Canada tomorrow, and it would still be a 100% lock that the GOP will hold the house in 2018.

It doesn't bother some of you that the ex director was leaking secret info so that it would end up on CNN, MSNBC, etc...

Bro this is how it works. If you say anything against Trump your a hero, if you defend Trump in any way your a liar and a racist.

World honestly do you really think any President has cared about you or me? Any politician ever care about any of us? Really?

Absolutely.  I think up until now Presidents are humbled by the job and realize they work for us.  All of us.  Not just the 35% who support him and see no wrong with anything he does.  I think all previous Presidents truly cared about this country.  Trump cares about himself but like I said before, he can't help himself.  His brain won't let him.

Sorry bro I don't agree at all. These people have and will always care only about themselves. If not Health care would have happened long ago. SSN benefits would not be disappearing. The IRS wouldn't be in shambles. Vets wouldn't be killing themselves at an astonishing rate. Politicians wouldn't have life long terms etc.

I think the latest is that the Ossoff & surrogates will spend about $23M all told for the Georgia 6th special election. Since mid-April it's not a huge difference (Dems up a million or two), but since this thing began, Ossoff will have spent huge sums more than Handel.

I'm being serious here... What law did he break? If he did incriminate himself, why is he not jailed already? I'm pretty sure he didn't leak classified info by leaking his memo out so he can't be prosecuted for that under the espionage act or prosecuted for illegally transferring valuable property.

I can see where there could be an argument that, perhaps he leaked other information than the memo, but him admitting leaking his own memo is probably not illegal without the president first declaring executive privilege. The president can use executive privilege as a defense mechanism, but not an attack mechanism after something has been "leaked" or released.

That leads me to the weird stuff where guys won't speak on stuff that the president told them or conversations they had that he hasn't declared privileged yet. Their defense for that is, we are allowing him the "courtesy" or opportunity to do so at a time of his choosing. The reason why... because of what I just said. He can invoke executive privilege as a defense mechanism, but if he hasn't yet, and the cat gets out of the bag, he never can as it pertains to that thread of conversation.

The difference in that, is that some of those guys kissed his ring and Comey didn't, so Comey didn't care to help cover or give courtesy to the president as Sessions did today or the other guys before him the other day. They don't technically owe him that courtesy, they just choose to give it.

Of course, to me, it looks like they are trying to help keep something under wraps that could be damaging, but I know for others it would seem perfectly alright that his cabinet all slathered him with praise and loyalty. That is what it is.

It's like the left accusing Trump of collusion? Comey leaked secret info... Now all that is left is digging for the next 9 months to find something to persecute Comey for.

This is where these liberal sheep get their info from. This is why no one takes them seriously and their followers are even worse. Lol

We can take those last lines and super-impose a word or name and it's just as true for this administration as this meme purports it to be against the last.

Isn't it interesting that every place you look in Trump's administration people fill positions because of who they know, not what they know or how competent they are

-and you wonder why our country has so many problems. Now you know.

What about Breitbart guy now playing a major role in government after being an alt-right troll on a now failing news site?

Rick Perry heading up the dept. he couldn't even remember the name of although he wanted to get rid of it when he was running for president?

DeVos who never went to a public school now in charge of them?

I'm sure there is more... the only one that hops out to me immediately as a good knowledgeable person for the dept. he was chosen the head is Sonny Perdue.

You didn't mind that decorated veterans on Trumps team were dragged thru mud by loons...

You also didn't mention that Comey and Moeller are best friends... Nothing to see there.

Imagine that bombshell if Trumps best friend was in Moellers spot.

Trump doesn't have a best friend whose not family....or Russian.

How are the nightmares now that all the left-wing bullshit is face planting in epic fashion?

Sleeping better are we?

Perhaps crying in the pillow in disappointment?
