And no, you can defend yourself if you feel you're under threat of death or great bodily injury. That's the statute in WI. You're the one with your biases oozing everywhere if you think this kid has an easy defense.

He's got a decent chance to get away from this, but you're on another planet if you think throwing a plastic bag with some weird chase around a parking lot (that's paraphrasing from the court's criminal complaint) is a good jump off point for self defense. 

Not saying he should get off. Just have to get all the facts.

If the gun barrel has Rosenbaum's prints on it then Rittenhouse may get off. 

If you jerk a gun barrel while someone's finger is on the trigger it can go off. May explain the hand wound.

Either something else was in that bag, or killing Dead man #1 just made the human race smarter by a lot. Or both. 

You watched the video? It looked like something was weighted in it when the guy was running and had it behind his head, or just the wind was in the bag. But then did you see the plastic bag immediatley open up like a parachute after it was thrown, as though nothing was in it? Strange.

You're right, the guy who threw the bag didn't present himself as a genius by any stretch, whether it was the video where he was getting in people's face saying "Shoot me", or in the fateful video where he was chasing someone who had a gun.

Almost seems like the type of person who might even angrily throw a plastic bag at someone. 

Perhaps there was something in the bag, but for others to guess that it had bricks in it, or explosives, or a molotov cocktail, seems just as far-fetched as there being nothing in it.

Ya I don’t know where they got Molotov from, after watching repeatedly it does look like a plasticbag with some type of bottle inside, but regardless that dude who got shot was gonna die whether or not Kyle was in Kenosha, the way he was throwing the NWord all night guy was bound to get shot eventually that night

I've also seen a lot a recent videos of black people telling the BLM protesters to shut up and go home.
