ngdawg
There goes our chances for winning...right out the window. No hope anymore. But more importantly, could this set a trend for players across the state and the nation?
Extremely Humble
It's happening all over the place, lots in California are just going to head to college early. In addition, if your team's chances of winning were based on a single CB then your team was never as good as you thought.

We have a new quarterback and running back. Our two great players defensively are Hancock (4-star CB) and Barrett Carter (4-star LB). We are an annually good team, making it to at least the quarterfinals in each of the past 3 seasons. We have missed the playoffs only once since 2004. I just don't know how much the loss at CB will affect us.

Time to put the clarinet down and head out to the field to help the team out.

Ga96
Makes sense with his ranking and having his official offer from the college he is committed to. It would be hard for lower ranking players that don't have official offers or many schools checking them out. Their senior year could be their last time playing or last chance to be seen by colleges. As long as he stays in shape he will be fine.
