But, if DD is just sitting on thousands of dollars as we speak for a "school" that is non-existent, he's looking at A LOT of time behind bars. It's alright though, that scrap's worth 25 cents a pound (5 cents if it's contaminated with oil and gasoline). And USAA is a 501(c)(3) so it's tax deductible. It's a win-win, no need to call the FBI.
