Bama smashes Wisconsin here. 48-6 type game

(14) 2012 Georgia vs. (19) 2013 Alabama

close call, but I don’t believe Georgia can beat a Saban-led Alabama team. Haven’t seen it yet.

(7) 2011 Oregon vs. (26) 2012 Florida State

Chip Kelly Oregon teams were better than given credit for.

(10) 2011 Arkansas vs. (23) 2010 Nevada

very good offense and defense in 2011 Arkansas. Nevada was good and was able to pull off a great upset when they beat Boise State, but Arkansas most likely hammers the Wolfpack 9 games out of 10

(2) 2018 Clemson vs. (31) 2012 Louisville

Clemson would destory Louisville. Just like the 2018 CFB Playoff against Notre Dame, Clemson once again has a first round bye.

(15) 2011 Stanford vs. (18) 2018 Texas

Possibly the third best team in 2011. Great QB and a tough defense.

Voting will remain open until Wednesday at 3 pm and will extended as necessary. Let us know if you have any questions or comments!

(3) 2016 Alabama vs. (30) 2014 Wisconsin

(14) 2012 Georgia vs. (19) 2013 Alabama.    Tough one, but I just like the Bama talent better.   That Bama team neutral stadium that year beats anyone IMO.     Auburn Sucked out, then FSU sucked out vs Auburn.

(7) 2011 Oregon vs. (26) 2012 Florida State.     Another tough one, talent to FSU, but they really should have been better this year.  Oregon wasn't that impressive either though looking at thier resume.    I give it to Oregon because they didn't lose to a 6 loss NC State.

(10) 2011 Arkansas vs. (23) 2010 Nevada.       Nevada?

(2) 2018 Clemson vs. (31) 2012 Louisville.

(15) 2011 Stanford vs. (18) 2018 Texas.     Another tough one.  Texas' schedule was much tougher and there best win was more impressive.    Stanford's resume just wasn't that good as far as competition when you look in retrospect.

I was actually pretty torn on the alabama/houston match-up. Houston was really good that year, and they beat FSU in their bowl game.

FSU was pretty decent back then but nothing like those Bama teams.   Those early decade Bama teams might slip up and lose an SEC road game or two, but vs a team like Houston in a neutral site??  Too strong IMO.

Was that the Houston team that beat Oklahoma? I remember one play that was a kick return TD from that game, but I didn't know whether it was from 2015 or not.

Umm didn't that bama team lose by 14 in a neutral site bowl game to Oklahoma lol

Also yes Nevada, they were a solid team that year led by Colin Kap

And true Stanford resume wasn't as good as Texas, biggest thing with Stanford was being led by senior QB Andrew Luck, him vs Sam over at Texas would have been a good game IMO

It’s true.  The always argued let down bowl game after losing natty hopes.   I mean this is what held Bama out.   Come on man there’s no “well let’s win our bowl game” after that type of soul stealing fatality.

I remember the Kick Six clear as day. I wanted Auburn to win simply because I hated Alabama. Here's what it was like for me:

"It's short! It's short! Take it back! Take it back! NO WAY, HE'S GONNA GO! OH MY GOD, TOUCHDOWN AUBURN! SUCK IT ALABAMA!!"

In my opinion if they have that kind of attitude they were never good enough to win a championship in the first place

A real Champion would want to kill the next team after a loss, not take the game off because they don't want to be there. Honestly if they don't want to be there decline the damn bowl invite and keep your ass home and let someone go who will actually show some damn heart

I think with Greg Ward at QB for Houston.... he woulda gave bama a lot of fits. That's why I had a tough time picking this game.

I thought the whole time there was gonna be a flag but I was cheering so hard because in the modern era no college team had won 3 straight national titles and I didn't feel that bama team was good enough to deserve that honor
