AB Hoban shouldnt be above St. Edward.

Id move East St. Louis higher honestly.

Warren Central IN ahead of Center Grove IN?? CG JUST beat Warren Central 28-7 a couple weeks ago.

College Station TX???

Ill add more later.

Warren Central had beat them earlier in the season and I do not believe that Carmel could beat Warren Central, therefore Central is higher.

Hoban lost to St. Edward by three the second game of the season.   Since then Hoban has ran the table while St. Edward has three losses, albeit two to St. Ignatius.   However, the Elder game cannot be overlooked.

East St. Louis will end up higher as teams currently above them will lose in playoffs in head-to-head matchups.

Mission Viejo over Rancho Cucamonga is a mistake and will be corrected.

Why not College Station?

I thought Tucker in the poll would placate my Georgia group!!

What happened in the 1st week of the season is irrelevant as to what was proven not 2 weeks ago. WC was lucky to beat CG the 1st time. And the thing is CG beat Carmel earlier in the season.... clearly Carmel improved as well.

Center Grove didnt just beat Warren Central. They dominated them. And should have won the 1st meeting ... if anything it should be... Center Grove, WC, Carmel... you based your ranking on the 1 thing that DIDNT happen instead of the 2 things that DID.

St. Edward has played far better competition than Hoban.

College Station is a Record ranking.. simply bc they are undefeated. Their best win lost to 2 other teams by much worse that arent that good. Id find a team thats played another team atleast good enough to prove them Top 100 if they won.

And Im not complaining about GA, lol. Im trying to give constructive criticism to help you with your poll my fren.

Just curious

What's the attraction for IMG over Mater Dei?

Do you think that IMG toughest 10 opponents were more difficult ?

id just like to see the justification, that's all

He might be holding off one more week to decide the IMG/MD difference, just like I'm going to do.

Exactly to the point.   I stated earlier that if Mater Dei runs the table there was a good chance they could leap over IMG and possibly Bishop Gorman.   Let's let this thing play out and see how it all shakes out in the end.

Just did not like the way Center Grove looked Friday night.   Also, I judge Warren Central on what they can be not what they are some times.   Anyone who knows that program knows they have a tendency to lose focus (see 2003 Warriors team).   Another example, in last years semi-state WC gets within four, attempts an on-side kick which is ruled short of the ten yards needed after WC had recovered the ball.   A kid from WC goes ballastic resulting in two unsportsman penalties, his removal from the game and CG with the ball on the WC fifteen.   McCoy scores on the next play to extend the lead to 11.   WC scores again, holds on downs and is driving inside the CG twenty when time runs out.   A classic example of WC self destructing.

College Station may be my admiration of Texas high school football.   Any team undefeated this time of the season deserves some attention.   You might note that Aledo is ranked for the first time this season.

Finally, as I sit here today, I believe Hoban in better than St. Edward.

I like the effort.

I stand confounded that Grayson is as low as #9.  With STA, Allen, & DeSoto ahead of them. Especially DeSoto... that makes no sense.

Grayson has done nothing special beyond allen and desoto besides lose to IMG.  Desoto beat a higher ranked opponent than either.  Surely you're not hanging your hat on the CC won.  Lol

Here's the deal. You took the time to do a poll, the complainers didn't. Let them do a top 100 and then we can make a comp poll if there are enough contributors from around the nation. Of course people from cal will use Calpreps as the final poll and we all know Calpreps isn't bias at all toward California teams.

Hell, I was born in California and I can see the Bias.

Where's SJC?

They blew out the #22 team, beat #34 and almost beat the #5 team ..... Twice.

Look for them to "reappear" next week.   Sounds like they will fill a slot vacated by Landsdale North Penn.   In all honesty,an oversight.   They will finish in the high 40's or low 50' in the final poll.

I'm not a John Curtis fan, but they have some good wins. Wins over programs most have heard about and or seen play from time to time.

In fact, Curtis beat your #84 team by 2 TDs.

Granted Curtis didn't play real well Friday night.

St X, OH with 5 losses, I don't see that either honestly.

Room had to be made for College Station TX , West Linn OR, & North Penn PA my fren. In favor over St. Johns, John Curtis, Pick Central, &, Brentwood Academy ...

I find fault

Though humble in revelation
