Great, Thanks! That saves time. It's not often someone beats a TX state champ

Bull 7A Arky  Champ Fayettevill beat TAPPS (8-5) Bishop Dunne 35 -25 earlier and Dunne plays for TAPPS DI Championship tomorrow vs. Bishop Lynch.  Not the big boys but hey let Arky have some skin if Dunne wins.

Fayetteville won State in 7A today 53 -19 over North Little Rock.  Arky is not very good to say the least but they did beat Dunne in a close one here in Texas.  Was suppose to be Dunne's coming out to see how they stack up against a good BIG public.

Texas lost OOS games to either State runner ups or champs.

SLC lost to Union 21 -1 10 Union playing for State

BG and Liberty over Cedar Hill and Westlake each playing for State in NV

Dunne lost to Arky 7A Champ Parkway

Texas beat playoff teams from Oklahoma (Broken Arrow) and NV (Faith Lutheran)

Trinity and St.Pius beat them.  Every state that beat a Texas Playoff team.  Texas also did the same to that State with their teams progressing further than the Texas team.

Allen beat 2 state champions -Hoover in AL and ECA in Louisiana

Allen beat the D1 La Champ. Not "state" champ. There's only 13 teams in D1.

D1 was probably down this year overall.

It's almost like when a Texas state champ loses OOS and they say that division was the weakest or whatever.

That said. Evangel was pretty good.

There may be only 13 teams... but they are 13 of the best in the state.

ECA

Scotlandville

John Curtis (who was #1 in LA til they lost to ECA)

Brother Martin

Rummel

St. Pauls

BR Catholic

Outside of 3 or 4 other teams in 4A & 5A.. D1 teams are it.

Since the split in 2013. Per calpreps.

2013 D1 La was the #3 rated division nationally.

2014 D1 La was the #2 rated division nationally.

2015 D1 La was tied for the #3 division nationally.

2016 D1 La dipped to #9 nationally.

Overall D1 was down.

CE Byrd at (4-7) and Archbishop Rummel at (7-4) had a lot to do with that.

Cajun is the only clown in history that would think Evangel didn't win a state title. They will finish no worse then top 3 in the state, and losing 45-10 vs a Texas team epitomizes the difference in talent between both states.

Thats why any national publication that has any LA team ranked ahead of the top 5 Texas teams doesn't know shit about football

What was inaccurate about my statement?

I think you got your message forum handle accurate.

Other than that. Normal Junior High babble.

4A Monroe Neville, La beat Evangel about as bad 6A Allen.

So according to nolebole813 no OH team should be ranked ahead of a CA team.

It's like I feel so damn stupid even responding to you.

Nolebull you might want to see about a Texas match up vs a South Carolina. My friend lives in Hartsville SC and I think they might be equal to a 5a in Texas and they have been pretty good for awhile.  I think it would be worth trying to match them with a Denton Ryan or something similar or maybe a Cocoa just some team that is equally matched. It would be worth talking to the Hartsville HS  SC coach they are still in it as of now also.
