Mozilla will not let me connect to the site any more, gives me "secure connection failed" message...  right now I'm on using Explorer (but I hate Explorer)

For the longest time after the site getting up and going, I couldn't get an https connection, it was all unsecured, now my connection from chrome is https which is certainly preferable.

Maybe there was some change in the system. Try clearing your cache and cookies. It sounds cliche but it does help sometimes.

didn't help, this is the entire message I get:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.prepgridiron.com. The OCSP server suggests trying again later. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_TRY_SERVER_LATER

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Damn, I'll see what the workaround is. Really would prefer to keep the site secured.

Well now we know where it originated also.

I do appreciate the HTTPS connection. Often the lack of that (S) causes my browser security to give warnings etc. I think this was what was going on at the old place with NOR and his security he mentioned as well.

Not sure why the new connection being secured would lock out the Mozilla browser though. I'm going to go to the Mozilla site and see if they have any info there that will be helpful.

Ok, this does seem to be a problem. I'm going to have support see if they can address this. For the time being, I found this workaround which works:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1120024

Note that the workaround bypasses a layer of security that Firefox puts in place requiring a server to send a certificate of validity itself.
