The real answer is the American workforce is responsible for the low unemployment rate for that demographic b/c they have shown the wherewithal to hire according to their needs based on economic indicators. The unemployment rate has been decreasing since 2010 BTW. Trump didn't enact any specific policy to curb the unemployment rate specifically for blacks or any other subgroup. How does telling a country that is 65 percent white that white people are Devils?
