Champa Posted August 30 Report Share Posted August 30 I watched the first half of Manvel/Ball. Galveston Ball looked more like a 6A team than Manvel did. I know it's only the first game of the season, but Manvel looks done. On the bright side, at least they won't have to worry about choking away big playoff games in sad and tragic ways. They didn't have the greatest of Offenses last season either. Their D was outstanding tho. Without looking at stats I'm willing to bet McKinney barely completed any passes to WRs unless they were screens. I don't think it will. Word from people in the know is that Manvel has indeed lost a lot of talent to Shadow Creek and Iowa Coloney.
