@golfaddict1   Daaamn.   When Gino hit the straight at 2:35 he went into another gear.   Amazing he was able to keep up that sprint over the last 250 or so meters.

UF has a kid right now that is KILLER at the anchor, and like my guy Burns doesn't run the 400 individual.

There's this one.  44.1 split I think.

Then in the National championships he ran a 43.89 split in order to secure the team victory.  Incredible athlete.

It's crazy he's running around excited and not dead laying on the ground.   Never seen a person have so much energy after running the 400.

Gators can recruit track better than QB's lately.  Lol.  Yea that was very smooth.

What was Gino's split in that race?

I'll have a go at it hand timed.  Lol. I'll check and see if it was mentioned first.

Hey man don't speak too soon lol...I really think we're gonna get Justin Fields. (oh plz plz happen!)   If that happens I see a positive domino affect that could really give us some recruiting momentum.   We comin for Bama sooner than later!

First things first...we have to take care of business vs the Maize & Blue in TX!

Allen bulked up in offseason, you might be surprised... he could roll a good number and go up the chutes and ladders depth chart :)

Eric Edwards ran National Best 110M/H at the USATF Junior Outdoor Championship

Going 13.32 beating the kid from California head to head that had the number 1 time in the nation

Most impressive they ran against  -1.8 wind

What about this Zachary Shinnick from Damien HS in California running 45.20 400m - kid really found his wings.  He had never busted under 46 flat and only ran in the 46 range one time.

Gabriel Oladipo Jr  beat Turner Washington who is the national leader head to to head.  His dad actually told me this would happen - it was kinda close

Cool video of Coleman vs Gatlin.   100m finals USATF outdoor championships.  Coleman looks like he needs some fine tuning in his technique.

I think he just needs to rest like Ato Bolden was saying.  He has ran a lot the past month in a half.  He definitely felt the pressure as well and his form failed in the 100 and 200M finals.

Yeah he jumped out to a nice lead in both, but just couldn't keep it up.   Honestly it happened a bit in NCAA as well.   Looks like his finish is where he's most vulnerable.  Seems to lose some muster on the top end.
