golfaddict1
The first leg will always run the longest distance as the rest are moving in stride already at the baton touch... I'd have my #2 leadoff, 3rd fastest on 2nd leg, weakest on 3rd leg and best for the anchor (to make up for the weakest link leg prior and likely with the best ending kick with top time.. 400 is PAIN and I want the guts of my top runner on that final 100 stretch).

Whoever runs a better turn from the blocks is my leadoff (between the two slowest sprinters).
DevilDog
I have an app on my Cell phone called Live Media 3rd party app. There is hardly anything I miss with it except those damn IAAF relays. Since I have unlimited data it's no problem and when big Pay per view fights. I just sync it with my Smart TV and watch on the big screen. golfaddict1
I believe the Regionals are today in SoFL... will update if so. Heat index in low 90's, not much of a breeze so I would expect some quality wind legal times, especially if there is good competition to push in an event. Please do I will post Region 1 from Texas this weekend. Some fast times and kids will be left at home from our Regionals. In Texas only the top 2 from Regionals go to State. How do you guys do it in Florida? I wish Texas did a State Qualifier and that way all the fast kids go. Only 9 participants in each speed event goes to state. Top 2 in each of the 4 regionals then the fastest time after that goes for the 9th spot.

Many kids from Texas on that list will not make State due to the Region they are in. There will be 10.5 - 10.6 100 Meter guys at home in certain regions. Tough to get to State. All of these guys are in Region I but only 2 will go to State: Ridiculous. That is why that Knucklehead trying to compare what B.R. Horne Jr 10.46 PB (+2.4 10.29 yesterday), Just a soph Taylor Banks 10.50 PB (+2.4 10.34 yesterday), Armstrong Johnson (10.81 PB +3.1 10.75 yesterday) and Raphael Hughey (PB 11.45 -.9) ran a 40.63 yesterday. Jamal Walton 10.54 PB (+2.4 10.47 yesterday) didn't run... had he participated in that heat how low do they go? Would have been a low 40 that's for sure and maybe... With Walton no question that's a sub 40 roster potential but it won't take place. I don't think those 4 ever ran together all season... too bad. What we should have hoped for was Walton not making the 100 finals lol. Then he would have ran in the 4x100. He ran a 10.47 for 3rd and 10.48 got the final state final spot. UVA commit WR Tavares Kelly Jr from STA ran a 10.55 and didn't qualify for the state finals... #FL&TXthing This was the 6A Dade football district equivalent where MC missed the playoffs last year. I am not coming out to the finals and sat all day. I did that last year at State. Terrible Thunder Storms tomorrow.
